Over the weekend, Ben and I hosted a holiday party with all of our neighbors and friends. We watched the kiddos open presents, ate delicious food and consumed too many yummy drinks. I think everyone had an excellent time, maybe too much fun!
We wanted to keep it pretty simple, just appetizers and drinks. Since I hosted the event, I wanted to make a drink that I knew would definitely impress. After a few trial and errors, I finally decided on a Pomegranate Rum Punch. I knew I wanted to focus on holiday flavors, and what would be more fitting than pomegranates?!?

All you need is:
1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
2 c Pama Liqueur
1 c Rum (I used Bacardi Raspberry)
2-3 c Ginger Ale Soda, chilled
Fruit to garnish
Combine all ingredients in large pitcher, garnish with fruit and enjoy!

If you’re looking to entertain this weekend, this is the recipe for you! It’s simple, delicious and looks gorgeous! Serve in a punch bowl or pitcher, and enjoy this festive drink with great company. I’m sure most of you are well aware that I like to enjoy frozen fruit in my white wine, versus ice cubes for obvious reason. When brainstorming this recipe, I had a difficult time thinking of a frozen fruit that would pair well with this drink.

So instead, I made my own pomegranate ice cubes. It’s just POM juice and pomegranate seeds. Add the ice cubes before serving and enjoy an extra POM flavor as you sip your holiday cocktail.
Pomegranate Rum Punch Essentials:
- Serving pitcher
- Wine glasses– I’m such a sucker for stemless glasses!
- Measuring cups
- Ice cube tray– best purchase ever!
- BOOZE- obviously!

Pin now, sip later!

This punch sounds super yummy! And I love that it is so easy to make! I’ll be adding to my Christmas drinks!
Merry Christmas!
