This week has been exhausting! Not only am I planning little man’s birthday party, but my mom is visiting from Michigan and I’m not nearly as prepared as I’d like to be. My house is in shambles regardless how often I clean and I’m pretty sure I haven’t brushed my hair in two days.
Tough times call for a tall order of my Hazelnut Mocha Frappuccino. Nothing starts my day off better than chocolate, caffeine and protein! This quick blended piece of heaven gives me my daily dose of caffeine while giving my body enough carbs and protein to last until lunch. Perfect for busy mornings. In less than 5 minutes you can enjoy this too- no barista required!
All you need is:
1 c lite vanilla almond milk
1/2 c cooled brewed coffee
1 small ripe banana
1 tbsp. Nutella
1 scoop chocolate protein (optional)
Fat free whip cream (optional)
Sugar free chocolate syrup (optional)
Combine milk, coffee, banana, Nutella and protein in blender until smooth. Top with fat-free whip cream and chocolate syrup, enjoy!
I am normally a no whip kind of gal, but this Frappuccino is so calorie friendly I don’t mind indulging a little bit. It’s the perfect treat to enjoy on your patio or throw in a to-go cup and show this week who’s boss.
