Earlier this month, I talked about why I’m not making a new years resolution. Instead, I have put into place achievable goals, one those being to drink more water. And to be completely truthful, it hasn’t been going as well as I thought. Trying to consume 8 glasses of water a day is a lot easier said than done. Am I wrong?
I remember drinking a gallon a day when I was breastfeeding, yet now I’m lucky if I can drink a liter in 2 days. Ok maybe that’s an exaggeration.
