It is day 7 of the new year and I already feel overwhelmed and exhausted. I’m sure most of it is due to the fact that we’re moving overseas soon, but regardless the reason, I’ve put goals into place and I tend to achieve them.
One of those goals, is to eat breakfast. I know, I know, it sounds so simple. But when mornings are as hectic as mine, it’s often something that gets put on the back burner. Normally, I just sneak a bit of my son’s yogurt, or a nibble of my daughters toast. Don’t we all?
